WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal Data is any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

– WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

The personal data collected by Extincêndios is limited to the name, address, NIF, phone number and email, but other data necessary for the provision of products or services may be collected.

– WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is intended primarily for contract management (customer identification, billing and collection), the provision of services and communication of changes to products and services in our commercial catalog, but may also be used to promote new products and services of Extincêndios and news about the company, by sending Newsletters, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and conducting evaluation surveys and information actions legally required.

– WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is only kept for the period of time necessary for (i) the provision of the service, (ii) compliance with Extincêndios’ legal obligations, (iii) the pursuit of the purposes of collection or processing or (iv) fulfillment of obligations arising from the exercise of rights of the data subjects.

At the end of this period it will ask the data subject for new consent or, in other cases, the data may be destroyed. For data related to invoicing and tax obligations, a period of 10 (ten) years is considered for keeping such data, which may be changed in accordance with the provisions of Article 52, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law 102/2008, of June 20.
